Best AX-50 Loadout Warzone | Long Range

So then welcome back to the Warzone; before we get started with this article today on the AX-50 loadout. Over the last three months that when I run with a sniper, about 167% of the time has sniper is the HDR, it’s got the best range, the best bullet velocity, and damage model. Plus, when it’s gifted with the right attachments, it’s got one of the fastest ADS times out there for a sniper rifle.

But today, for the first time, I’m here with the AX-50, and I do have to say that I was wrong about this sniper rifle. I’ve been neglecting it because I didn’t think it was better in really any measurable way to the HDR, but I’ll admit it, I was wrong. If you want to snipe people out at mid to long-range instead of extreme long-range, the AX-50 is a great weapon to be using.

Best AX-50 Loadout Warzone Attachments

  1. Muzzle – Monolithic Suppressor
  2. Barrel – 32.0″ Factory Barrel
  3. Laser – Tac Laser
  4. Stock – Singuard Arms Assassin
  5. Perk – Fully Loaded

This is the loadout I have for the AX-50 that I’ve been using for the last four or five days now. And it’s been serving me well. Even though the AX-50 Is the rifle that you want to use for slightly more aggressive gameplay, we’re still going to be kicking it out for the best bullet velocity we can get and the best damage range because, in Warzone, you are more likely to be engaging in gunfights at longer distances overall.

Muzzle – Monolithic Suppressor

To start things off, we have the monolithic suppressor; of course, we do. It’s the best attachment for the muzzle that you can get in Warzone. We’re increasing the damage range, and we’re increasing bullet velocity quite significantly. And that is one area in the AX-50 that needs a bit of help. Overall this sniper rifle still has a slower bullet velocity than the HDR. Still, you’re only really going to notice that at extremely long ranges, if you’re sniping in and around 100 to 150 meters or so, with a monolithic attached, you’re making sure that you don’t have to lead your targets.

Barrel – 32.0″ Factory Barrel

Then for the barrel, you want the 32.0″ Factory; it’s the longest and the heaviest barrel and again is going to help you with damage range and bullet velocity, and a touch of recoil control. This barrel won’t kick up as far in the air in between each shot, and that means hopefully, if you’re staying scoped in, you can keep your eyes on the target, and you can fire that next shot a little bit quicker.

Laser – Tac Laser

Tac laser comes in for our third attachment for faster aim down sight times, which is vital with the AX-50. The bolt cycle of the sniper rifle is faster than the HDR, which means that you can fire your next shot quicker. Aiming down sight quickly for that first shot might be the difference between getting to fire a second shot on a moving target before they get to cover, or you might miss that chance, and the enemy gets away. The faster rate of fire on the AX-50 makes it the more aggressive option in Warzone.

Stock – Singuard Arms Assassin

The fourth attachment is the stock. I’m going with the single arms assassin or even faster aim down sight speed due to that reduced weight, but you lose some accuracy and control as a result but targeted being a little closer when you’re using the AX-50. It would be best if you were aiming at a bigger target in your scope. And that should mean that the loss in accuracy won’t hurt so badly.

Perk – Fully Loaded

And then finally, I’m choosing to run with a park as my fifth attachment is fully loaded so that I can have full ammunition when I take this weapon from the loadout crate.

But if you’re not worried about that and don’t want full ammunition straight away, maybe you’ve collected some already, and you know you’re going to have sniper bullets in your inventory. Then perhaps you could take the stipple grip tape, and that will give you even faster a&r site speed and an increase in sprint to fire speed which is very important when you’re moving from cover to cover while taking incoming fire and maybe you’re popping up and taking a few shots along the way.

Now as much as I’ve loved using the HDR pretty much since day one in Warzone, there was always something about it that did make me feel a bit cheap when I was using it because statistically, it is so much better than the AX-50 I never really felt like it was a properly fair fight. I was exploiting how powerful the HDR is. Now, though,

having used the AX-50 more extensively over the last week and pretty much having a blast with it. I can see why so many people have been using it since Autozone started instead of the HDR because if you’re not going for those insane long-range sniping opportunities, then the AX-50 is as good as potentially better than the HDR. It’s a more mobile lightweight sniper. And it’s still capable of some extensive damage at longer ranges as well.
