Best PKM Loadout Warzone | Mid Range

PKM Loadout Warzone, to me, has always been a bit of a sleeper beamer in Warzone; the cool thing to do is just run with a Kilo, M4, and M13 and beam people using 60 round mags and take advantage of their highly stable recoil. But honestly, for me, the PKM Loadout Warzone is just so much more enjoyable to use, and it’s consistently powerful every single time I use it.

Best PKM Loadout Warzone Attachments

  1. Muzzle – Monolithic Suppressor
  2. Barrel – 26.9″ Extended Barrel
  3. Laser – Tac Laser
  4. Optic – VLK 3.0x Optic
  5. Underbarrel – Snatch Grip

Today we’re taking it for a spin with many attachments designed to make it as stable as possible: so low recoil and good aiming stability.

So then let’s build this low recoil PKM Loadout Warzone the machine then.

Muzzle – Monolithic Suppressor

It’s the monolithic suppressor joined by the extended barrel.

Barrel – 26.9″ Extended Barrel

the extended and the heavy barrels. They are pretty similar, but the extended wins out because the 3% decrease in vertical recoil it provides only adds an extra four milliseconds of ADS time to the PKM. You could use the heavy barrel if you wanted to. You’d probably get very similar performance, but because we’re going for this low recoil setup, you’ve got to take the extended for the 3% decrease to vertical recoil.

Laser – Tac Laser

Then we take the tac laser to shorten the ADS time by 55 milliseconds, which is helpful on such a heavy weapon like the PKM and getting some aiming stability benefits to keep those bullets on target at range.

Optic – VLK 3.0x Optic

Next up is the Vlk optics. I think it’s still the best optic in the game for mid-range combat because of how clear the optic is and the vertical and horizontal recoil reductions it provides. There are a lot more data out there, thanks to the guys at truegamedata that state the other optics also provide recoil reduction benefits which are generally good news because I think there are now more options out there people might want to use different optics rather than just the VLK. Still, if I’m honest, I’m just ingrained into the Vlk life at this point. Three core redactions help the PKM to become even better as a long-range beamer.

Underbarrel – Snatch Grip

And then last but not least, a unique attachment only for the PKM is the SNATCH GRIP underbarrel attachment. This is just an elite tier attachment, in my opinion, because it provides almost all benefits that you’d want without providing too much of a downside, at least not relative to the weapon that you’re attaching it to.

The SNATCH GRIP reduces your ADS time, which is the only underbarrel attachment in the entirety of Warzone that does reduce your ADS time by a full 59 milliseconds, which is a fairly significant reduction for a heavy weapon like the PKM as well as a 17% reduction in vertical recoil that keeps the recoil pattern even flatter than it already is, with all of the other attachments that we’ve put on this gun.

This PKM builds despite the heavy monolithic suppressor, despite the heavy extended barrel adding even more weight and the Vlk optic. It still has precisely the same ADS time as the stock weapon with no attachments on it. It’s still 413 milliseconds. This means you’re getting a massively upgraded weapon with vastly superior performance, without the downside of it taking an age to aim down sight and start shooting enemies. You can still get your sights on target pretty fast, and you can begin beaming those enemies quickly.

You also get a total reduction of 32% to the vertical recoil value and a 20% reduction to the horizontal recoil value, tightening up the recoil pattern and making those 100 rounds from the box magazine work more efficiently for you.

This build of the PKM Loadout Warzone it’s just really, really stable. It’s compelling, and it’s still able to compete when it comes to mobility as well. I would still recommend running this with an SMG as a secondary that you can switch to for your close-range gunfights. Of course, a massive light machine gun is not that great for close-quarters fighting, as well as more prominent movements across the map because you do get better movement speed with an SMG, it’s much lighter overall, but this PKM Loadout Warzone it’s not going to struggle to cover off all of your mid-range and long-range gunfights that you’re likely to encounter. The only place it doesn’t work is close range, and that’s what your SMG is for.
